In the HR area of the building, about four computer users have been complaining about their slow Wi-Fi connection. They are on the same channel as your neighbors in the office next door, according to your Wi-Fi analyzer. What should you do?

You should first change the channel that the wireless access point (WAP) connects to. Interference from the nearby Wi-Fi could be the root of the intermittent connections. The crossover between your WiFi and the neighbor's WiFi would only get worse if you turned up the power on your WAP. If there were too many users in that area, adding another WAP could help, but since there are only four users there, that is not the issue. If changing the channel doesn't fix the problem, you might want to check the cable that connects the WAP to the router.
