What are the two small devices that contain toxic chemicals and should not be disposed of at a normal landfill?

Both cell phones and tablets have toxic chemicals including lead, beryllium, arsenic, and recyclable rare-earth metals. They should not be disposed of in a landfill. Although phone packaging and light cardboard are not considered toxic, they could also belong to somewhere else.
