What are the TWO ways to configure a VPN for a new salesperson in Windows 10?

In Windows 10 and 11, there are two locations where a VPN can be set up.
1) Go to Control Panel ➢ Network and Sharing Center, and select Set Up A New Connection Or Network.
2) Go to Settings ➢ Network & Internet, and select VPN.
The Windows Mobility Center offers settings for mobile devices. The user can customize the background, lock screen, and color schemes in Personalization.
