What happens when you disagree with the terms of the end-user license agreement (EULA) while installing new software on your computer?

You and the entity offering the software will enter into a contract known as an end-user license agreement (EULA). An application is not genuinely yours after you purchase it. Instead, the licensing agreement that comes with the application grants you permission to use it in a limited manner. Your only option if you disagree with the EULA is to return the software and get a refund.
