What is NOT a routable IP address on the Internet?

Private IP addresses cannot be routable on the Internet. The IPv4 private address ranges and nonroutable numbers are as follows:
10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255/8 (Class A)
172.16.0.0/16 to 172.31.255.255/12 (Class B)
192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255/16 (Class C)
169.254.0.0 to 169.254.255.255 (APIPA)
127.0.0.1 (Loopback address)
