Your relative is a nature photographer who travels the country in a Class A motorhome. His motorhome is frequently parked in a national park, but Wi-Fi is rarely available. Your relative regularly uploads images from their camera to a laptop, edits them, and then uploads them to his publisher, several magazines, and their website. What is a viable networking option for your relative?

The only form of network connection that allows for the level of mobility that this photographer need is cellular. A mobile provider's cellular hotspot device would be ideal. Satellite would necessitate constant dish repositioning and may not work properly due to impediments. WISP requires being within a few miles of a tower and having line-of-sight between the antenna and the tower, so that would also not work. DSL requires a stationary phone line.
